There is now a credit with Bitcoins, which can be used worldwide. The card is charged by the user with Bitcoins and can go to any ATM and cash out, however it has a small commission depending on the amount the user wishes to withdraw.
Therefore, it can do what it did with a credit card except that the user charges it from their computer with Bitcoins, and has no restrictions whatsoever.
